Most of us like to enjoy a chocolate candy bar now and then. Yet, if you want to enjoy a chocolate candy bar without a laundry list of chemicals and nasty ingredients, good luck….until now!
Q.bel Foods, made without any artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, high fructose corn syrup or hydrogenated oils (Trans Fat) and they’re causing quiet the stir in the chocolate world! OK, so we smilingly applaud with a heartfelt standing ovation of pure appreciation, at attention and perfectly willing to be corrected! You see we absolutely “LOVE” our members and customers here at Bacon Freak and we especially love it when our members and customers love us back!
We just received a wonder letter from a couple of our favorite customer, who wanted to clarify, in no uncertain terms, their definition of what truly is “Meat Candy” in their humble opinion. You know what? They aren’t going to get any argument from us.
Here’s exactly what they wrote to us, only edited where it was absolutely necessary to protect there privacy, out of respect for our trusted, loyal relationship that we have developed with them.

When it comes to great pasta sauce I think of those like Patsy’s. See they have proof that they have great sauce because they built a landmark destination restaurant in New York for lovers of authentic Neapolitan Cuisine who love their pasta sauce. The original, family owned and operated Italian restaurant at 236 West 56th Street on Manhattan’s West Side, has been a legendary dining destination in New York for over sixty years. Founded in 1944 by Pasquale “Patsy” Scognamillo, Patsy’s has been in it’s current theater district location since 1954. In over 60 years of existence, Patsy’s has had only three chefs, the late Patsy himself, his son Joe Scognamillo, who has been at the establishment since the age of seven, and Joe’s son Sal Scognamillo, who has been manning the kitchen for the past 20 years.
