Well the Bacon Freaks of the world have spoken and the official www.BaconFreak.com member / customer “Top Ten Favorite Bacon Recipe’ list has been officially tabulated! I must confess; there were a few big surprises that made it onto the list this time around, as well as a couple traditional standards that usually top the list off, which never even made it into tenth place “con-TEN-tion.”

One notable observation was just how quickly desserts made with bacon have caught on and become so very popular.
